Tutorial: How to create an event
– From Company profile –
Within your initial panel you will find the folder “My events”, in which you can create all the events you want.
CREATING AN EVENT
By pressing on: “+ New Event” you can create your first event, in which you will be asked to fill-out the basic details and information about the event.
Next you must complete the following fields:
Event Name: it is the title with which your guests will recognize the event.
Location: enter the full address (Street, number, location, city, etc.)
Description: briefly describe what the event is about, then you can expand the information within the Linkcard.
Date: select the start date of the event.
Start: enter the start time of the event.
Final: event closing time.
Then you just have to “save” and your event will be created.

EDITING THE TEMPLATE
When entering the settings panel, you must follow the suggested steps to complete the event creation process.
In this block you will find a button to edit the “Basic Details” and next to it a button to edit the “Event Linkcard”.
From the top button “Edit design”, you can access the Linkcard’s style settings, in which you can modify the colors, fonts, backgrounds, logos, etc. so that your entry e-ticket is left with the aesthetics of your event.
Remember that you can edit the design as many times, at any time.
ABOUT THE EVENT
In the second tab of the Linkcard you can incorporate through our content modules all the information about the event, which you just have to drag and drop to the right (using a PC or laptop).
We recommend incorporating in this section the schedule, a description, information of interest, linking buttons and everything necessary for your invitees to be informed on your event.
You can also edit this information in real time, so that your attendees are always updated on the evolution of the event.
Here you can enable or disable calendar scheduling functions, as well as a “download vCard” to be generated for your attendees, among other functions related to interaction between your invitees that enhance networking.
You can select the means by which attendees share their contact details. This function will enhance networking through the exchange of information about your event and company in addition to contact details.
Remember that you can also edit the graphic styles from the “Edit Design” top button.
Step 2 / Registration form
When creating an event, a URL or Link to the event registration form is automatically generated which contains the basic details and fields to be filled-out by your invitees.
You can also copy the “iframe” code to place the form within your website, and in case you have also designed graphics for your event, you can download the self-generated QR so to direct your target audience directly to the registration form.
Step 3 / Attendee Registration
Should you wish to register those who actually attended your event, from your mobile phone, enter the panel of the created event and look for the option “Open scanner”.
This function will activate the camera for scanning the QR of each Linkcard, located in the main tab to the right of their profile picture.
You will be able to find the list of your event attendees by clicking on the “Attendees” button on the top menu of the settings panel.
